How do I track my order?
 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the 'track order' option there and enter your order number.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on kokikamala.com and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of your choice. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout prior to the completion of your order. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time (items generally take 1-3 business days to process).

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
We do not Offer any Refunds  but an exchange will be made if Item is returned within the stipulated time frame.

How can I contact your couriers?
When you order an item you are furnished with tracking details and Courier information should you need to contact them at any time

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

We ship internationally. We know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

What is your returns policy?

 At Kokikamala.com  We want to make your online shopping experience as hassle free as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

Return Guidelines

    1. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

    2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in a 15% FEE or ineligibility to receive store credit.  

    3. Bodysuits and Swimsuits are FINAL SALE.

    4. Koki Kamala does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.
